Im definately back in!
ill be in vegas so im not sure if there will be a scale but there will be a gym and a pool so im definately getting some exercise the next three days. wed, thursday and friday. Heading home friday night and working doubles saturday and sunday and then back to the normal routine next week with hopefully lots of walking.. Im learning how to walk a bit faster than my usual lazy pace so thats always good.

Me! I want in, but how's it work? Do we check in on the first with a "start" weight, then every week after, or just weigh in at the end of the month?0

Theresa - whatever works for you! Some report at the end of the month, some checkin weekly, then there are others (like me) who check in way more often than that. I only weigh-in once per week, but I like to share my daily struggles and successes, and the regulars on this thread have become my support group. It keeps me accountable.0 -

I weighed myself this morning in prep for the September challenge........CW: 62.4 kg (137.5lb) GW: 60kg (132.5lb)0 -
I'm in! I'll check in tomorrow with starting weight. I'm new here, hope I can find this thread and figure it out. It might be tough. My body seems to like to hover at a certain point (low 130's), with my lifestyle (likely bad choices.) I have gotten to around 128 but it quickly returns. This may help keep me more motivated!0

I'm in! With challenges such as starting uni, friends visiting etc etc.. I'm definately needing to keep my eye on the prize.
I'd like to lose 6lb to keep me on track for my xmas goal. So this will be great for keeping me close or on target.

I wont beat myself up if I don't make 5 although it would make me so happy. I think my metabolism is pretty dead and I am getting to the point where 1lb is a big % of my weight. So instead I will aim for 109 but work hard enough to hit 107!0 -

I am in....I think it sounds more reasonable than loosing 10 lbs in this month. Slow and steady wins the race.
