I'm new and this forum is a bit overwhelming but I'm seeking some answers :) I wanna know what you guys think of this fitness product overload we're now facing? It seems that everybody wanna sell us something ..

    I don't pay attention to them. They hold zero interest for me.

    I just do my own thing and it's working for me. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. 😉

    You don’t need the vast majority of “fitness products.” If there is a specific product you’re considering, someone here can probably give you advice about it.

    The food and fitness industries rely on your ignorance in order to market and sell products. Educate yourself on what you're eating, why you're eating, and how you're eating, and move more. You don't even need a gym membership or a subscription to a fitness app if you can't afford it.

    There are few industries that are not overloaded with such products and gimmicks. This is especially true in the fitness industry. Some hold some value, most are a waste.
