How to prevent droopy skin

I have had many, many people ask why I don't have "bat wings" under my arms and /or droopy thighs, etc (my stomach skin has actually "improved" since losing weight). Well, here's my secret... I researched foods that help repair or support your skin, and have incorporated them into my diet. Hope it helps you too...

Try eating the following:

1) Mangoes, Strawberries
2) Avocados, Cucumbers, Celery, Asparagus, Green Beans, Leeks and mushrooms
3) Nuts (walnuts and Brazil nuts mostly)
4) Flaxseed Oil (mix it in oatmeal, or salad dressing)
5) Baked Potatoes and sweet potatoes
6) Kale and Spinach

I eat a ton of all those foods and still have saggy skin.

I am going with it's genetics at the moment.

How about blueberries? I think any berry is good for the skin.

Yes, I should have included them... but you are right, all berries are full of anti-oxidants. Thanks for bringing that up! :-)

Thanks for the tips Julie. This has been a topic of discussion at our house lately, "what about all the extra skin"?

I already eat some of those foods, so hopefully my thighs will start looking better soon. I don't really have droopy skin, but I do have some crazy stretch marks.

I am relieved that there are no lotions on the list. :)

I feel like the slower you lose the weight, the faster and easier your skin adapts!
