Trying to lose weight

hi, I’m t and I’m trying to lose weight. I’m extremely unsatisfied with my figure. I’m 5”4 and weight around 110-114 depending on time of day. I’m doing a diet that involves reduction of calories/carbs/sugar. I recently was very depressed and gained weight. I was 104 pounds at my lowest. I gained weight and was 116 and was extremely unhappy. I’m implementing yoga/strength training to tone up and get rid of my excess fat. I’ve been drinking a lot of apple cider vinegar and seltzer instead of soda and to help combat Reflux. I’ve recently been doing intermittent fasting to help speed up the process. I’ve also cut down on cigarettes and thc, which I believe was hindering my weight loss. Any tips??

The weight you are aiming for is considered underweight, are you aware of that?
If you are trying to get leaner than is healthy, it will be very slow to get there and difficult to maintain it. There is no way to speed up that process, nor would it be healthy to do so.
Were you treated for your depression, and have you spoken to a doctor or therapist about your weight?
IMHO, you would be much better off aiming to maintain your scale weight and focus on a recomp to firm up. These threads might help:

I am aware that’s it’s a little lower than is recommended. But I’m in the entertainment industry and I’m so sick of seeing photographs of myself looking heavier than I want to be. I was also wondering if it’s true that If you lose a significant amount of weight then gain some back, the fat distributes differently? I was 138 pounds 2 years ago, then over a year, went from that weight to 104, then gained 10 or so pounds and saw a different in how my body gained weight. Are there any diets or excersizes that focus on losing weight specifically in the breasts and upper thighs? That’s were my weight concentrates around, and no matter how much I lose I always look heavier bc of my breasts. Every time I search up How to lose fat in the breasts it recommends losing 10-15 pounds but if I did that I’d be under 100 pounds.
I’m in treatment for depression and other mental illnesses. I’ve been in it for 4 years now. I was hospitalized for depression a year ago. But I see no difference in my mood, if anything I’m worse off than ever before.
I’ve been trying to eat healthier, my mother has been doing paleo and keto diets for years and I grew up low carb, low sugar, basically gluten free too. Keto diets preach low carb and intermittent fasting.
I’ve started counting calories on my fitnesspal to crack down on my eating which I felt had spiraled out of control. I was trying to quit vaping and that caused me to eat more, since whenever I’d get nicotine cravings I’d get hungry. But now I’ve quit, I only smoke a cigarette when I’m out with friends here and then, and I don’t depend on them anymore. But I’m always under the calories limit, even when I wasn’t even trying.0 -
It's not a little lower than recommended, it's a little lower than the absolute lowest weight that would be considered healthy. You can not choose where the fat comes off, or where it comes back.
Please discuss this with your doctor. You are not seeing yourself realistically, and no one here is qualified to help you do that. Please take care of yourself :flowerforyou:3 -
My doctor says there’s nothing to worry about. Didn’t seem concerned. I will ! Thank you very much, sorry to bother.1

It's not a bother! I just really think this ties in with your depression and I think your therapist might be able to help2 -
Your weight is fine. It's even underweight, I think. One time, I lost so much weight, I was under 100, and I did not have an eating disorder, but now, I weigh over 200. And I'm either 5'2 or 5'3.0
