Continuing on from the October challenge which had a really great positive following 😀 and I welcome all new 1st timers😀
I’ve joined one of these groups in april, best thing I ever done, lost 32 lb between April and July and another 7lb in sept. It’s really nice to see how others are getting on😀
Give yourself a motivation, this seems to work for me, maybe you have a break away booked, want to be a little trimmer for Christmas or even a winter wedding!
Pick your own goal, check in once per week and at the very end of the month. Let's keep encouraging each other & staying focused on our individual goals.
You can change the dates to suit you, but try to keep it weekly as it shows off the weekly progress better😀

I need to get these last few pounds off. It worked last month - lost 5.2lbs! Couple more pounds til goal. I weigh on Sunday's so I changed all my dates to reflect that. Yes, I'm counting December 1st as my last weigh day (my 147lb goal is for a beach vacation starting on December 14th. I need to feel good in my vacation clothes!

I stayed the exact same as I started the October challenge so I am going to try that goal again. Only besides walking two miles and doing a 10 minute specific muscle group workout and counting calories. Going to try something new each week and add to that until the end of the year and see if I can get off this plateau.

Lost absolutely nothing last month. The last couple of pounds are really hard to shed, so I am going to try and be really good until Thanksgiving. Maybe I will finally break into the 130's this month.
