    Original Start Weight (September): 215
    November Start Weight: 194.6
    November Goal Weight: 185
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 130-135

    Nov1 : 194.6
    Nov 8: 193.6 (-1 lb)
    Nov 15: 191.4 (-2.2 lb)
    Nov 22: 190.2 (-1.2 lb)
    Nov 29: 191.6 (+1.4 lb)
    Nov 30: 191.8 (+ 0.2 lb)

Didn’t reach the goal at all this month. But some progress is better than no progress. I know that I wasn’t being strict with my daily calorie goal so I just need to be more compliant with it in December. Let’s keep it up!!!!!

My name is Donna & I am from Michigan. I am 5’5” and 59 years young.

    Original Highest Weight: 253
Original Starting Weight on MFP: 235

    November Start Weight: 188.0
    November Goal Weight: 182.x
    November End Weight: 182.4

    Nov 01:
188.0....... I hope to hit 182 point anything this round. It might be tough with the American Thanksgiving this month. Also the start of Christmas shopping, traveling & restaurants. This is when it all started going downhill in my plan and up on my scale last year. I hope to make this year different!
    Nov 06:
186.0....... Some progress. Traveling again on Monday until very late so I expect a few days of weight gain, then loss of bloat & fluid retention. All the normal things associated with sitting a lot in the car, missing the exercise normally done when at home and eating at restaurants. But I hope it won’t be too bad about 36 hours later when I weigh on the 13th. I’m not going to sweat it. I’ll be back on track right away.

    Nov 13:
188.6....... Travel & emotional eating. I’ve got to stop it in its tracks right now!

    Nov 20:
184.6....... An excellent week of discipline for me. Stopped that emotional eating as best as I could. I’m trying to be good as I work my way toward the USA Thanksgiving Holiday coming up. They don’t call it a Thanksgiving feast for nothing!

    Nov 27:
187.8....... I went up 3.8 pounds overnight after traveling (sitting a lot in car) and eating at the restaurant where I practiced good portion control but ate carbs. This sux but I will be working on it immediately. My Thanksgiving dinner is not until Saturday the 30th so I‘ve got a few days to remedy this situation and make peace with my scale.

    Nov 30:
182.4…… Down 5.6 lbs. Today is my Thanksgiving day Feast and they do not call it a feast for nothing. I’m sure I will have a serious set-back but December will NOT be my spiral downward (as usual). It will be my month of redemption for all the holiday transgressions. I shall do as well as I can, as often as I can. As for November, I am happy. I made goal!

Starting this a few days late since I just logged in, but sounds like a good motivator for me. Count me in.

I don't know why it didn't save any of my previous weigh in's, but happy that I made it under my goal. resetting for December to be under 200.

Lost absolutely nothing last month. The last couple of pounds are really hard to shed, so I am going to try and be really good until Thanksgiving. Maybe I will finally break into the 130's this month.

    October End Weight: 140.7
    November Goal Weight: 138
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 135-138 Maintenance

Nov 1 : 141.5 up a little from yesterday. Chinese and a couple of drinks last night
Nov 6: 140.5 down a bit so I will take it. Hoping I can post a new decade next week
Nov 13: 139.7 I have seen this number a couple of times this month, but hasn't stuck yet.
Nov 20: 142.0 no idea should be lower. Was diagnosed with shingles on Sunday, so maybe that's the reason
Nov 27: 137.7 Had no appetite for the last week and was stressed a lot. Felling better and glad to be back at 100% for Thanksgiving!
Nov 30: 139.6 up from Thanksgiving and alcohol, but had an amazing time!

    November Weight Loss Challenge

    November Start Weight: 165
    November Goal Weight: 161
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 150

    November 1 - 165
    November 8 -163.4
    November 15 - 162.4
    November 22 -161.4
November 29 -160 (My weight went down to 159.6 on 11/28/19. I’m just glad I didn’t go up too much after yesterday’s dinner! I think the 75 minutes of cardio at the gym helped!) 😜
    November 30 - 160

    My November Weight Loss = - 5lbs! 😀
I know this will probably be short lived since I’m going on a mini vacation from November 30 through December 4. I look forward to the December challenge to help me get rid of my vacation weight! I’ll weigh in on December 6th!
Thank you for this challenge! 😀👌🏽

    Update😅
    Count me in!

    November Start Weight: 59.05 kg
    November Goal Weight: 57 kg
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 54

    Nov 4: 59.05 kg
    Nov 11: 58.50 kg
    Nov 14: 58.20
    Nov 29: 57.75
    Dec 14: 56.80 —slow...but I’m happy😍💪🏻

I don't deprive myself from eating what I crave for but I try to limit the portion. Not easy but I am trying...
My ultimate goal is to be fit and not so sickly and feel lethargic.
The number on the scale is just secondary, the most important is being healthy.
It may be slow but we’ll get there...👊🏻
