Hello,1'm Bre. I'm 20 and I've been battling with weight loss for a large period of my life. I've lost 60 pounds between 2014-2017 but gained about 40 lbs back after graduating and moving out on my own. I'm ready to focus on my health again. I take two Zumba classes a week and I'm licensed to teach as well and hoping to start teaching in hopes of getting more exercise in (plus i love it!)
November Start Weight: 227
November Goal Weight: 214
November End Weight:
Nov 3:227 lbs--- I was on a week long cruise from Oct 28 to Nov 2. I ate any and every thing lol. My weight after the cruise was 227 lbs. (on Nov 3
Nov 8: 223 lbs---- i made a 4 week meal plan for myself, in order to stick to my diet and budget plans. its very simple. i made it so my daily calorie intake can be between 1200 and 1500 calories. I eat a 1/2 cup of oatmeal every day for breakfast with peanut butter, flax seed, and fruit of my choice.
Nov 15:218.4
I've followed my meal plan pretty well!

Starting this a few days late since I just logged in, but sounds like a good motivator for me. Count me in.

Slow is good. It's hard to wrap your head around some time, but that's how it is. It might slow down even more as you get to your goal, and you WILL get there. Yeah -- maybe some bouncing around too, but just keep looking down the path.November Start Weight: 125.2
November Goal Weight: 122.0
Ultimate Goal Weight: maintain between 120-125
Nov1: 125.2 – up some from yesterday, but potluck at work and mini candy bars…
Nov 8: 124.4 – back down into my maintenance range
Nov 15: 124.6 – a little bouncing around, but still in maintenance

Maintenance pretty much seems to be "a little bouncing around." It can be unsettling, at least for me, but it seems that's just the nature of maintenance. It's still a challenge. Nice job sticking with it!4 -

Due to a drunk driver totaling my car at 90mph slamming me into the freeways center divider, I can't do kickboxing, weights, nor jog till physical therapy sessions are done next month. So my only exercise is walking in my weightloss journey this month...

Yeah, I know... I didn't have a good week stress eating 9 chocolate candy bars this week over 4 days... Lesson I learned, do not store chocolate for an event at my home but buy it just before the event. 3 more weigh ins and I got rid of the chocolate stash. Good news, I can comfortably fit in my size "0" slacks and size 4s but all 6s are too big needing belts to stay up.4 -
Original start weight: 271.9
November Start Weight: probably 243.8
November Goal Weight: 235
Ultimate Goal Weight: 160
Nov 1 : 243.8. This is up from 241.7 two days ago, but that is probably from mexican food and margaritas Wednesday night. I actually went running again yesterday for the first time since school started back up in August. I kept up with my pace from August until I tripped over a crack in the sidewalk and scrapped my knee up pretty bad. Since there is no football game tomorrow, I was hoping to go running again, but now my knee hurts everytime I move it, so I may have to re-evaluate that plan.
Nov 8: 240.2. Low for the week and finally made my checkpoint on Happy Scale. Still looking forward to being below 240. Maybe next week.
Nov 15: 239.0. I’ve been working hard this week to limit snacking in my car on my way to and from work, since those snacks are basically chips or popcorn or cheezballs from the bag and can only be estimated not measured. Hoping to go out running again on Sunday, my knee is almost healed and the weather is supposed to be back up in the 40’s. Got to clean the guinea pig cage and update my gradebook, and it is probably my turn to do laundry. And since tomorrow is a tailgate day, and that will last literally the entire day (2:30 game) all that will have to be done on Sunday. Not enough hours in the weekend.

Total loss for November: Scale says I lost 3.2 pounds, but my ten-day average is actually up a touch. That's ok though; my scale weight got up as high as 147 during the week, so the ten-day average is seeing all those high days. I've been struggling with gain for the third quarter, so it's good if the last few days are indicative of getting that under control. That said - I have been sick, so my routine is off. I am going to keep working at getting my rolling average and trend back at or below my goal.4 -
