Lost absolutely nothing last month. The last couple of pounds are really hard to shed, so I am going to try and be really good until Thanksgiving. Maybe I will finally break into the 130's this month.

I also try to cut down on sugar, and late night bibge eating, reduce screentime. I feel those are the reasons why I have gained so much weight... I am feeling good now. I drank a lot of water today so i’m pretty proud of myself. I have also read that for losing weight, what you need isn’t motivation but DECISION. I can decide to eat a piece of cake or an apple. I will try to keep this in mind.
