I felt a little frustrated that it was only a pound but then quickly let that go. It’s still a loss and other factors are playing a part in that (time of the month this week 😩 sorry tmi lol). For next week, my goal is to track everything every day and increase my exercise!🙌1 -
I'd like to get in on this too. I'm 54. I'll be 55 in January. Married mom who homeschools two teenagers who eat all the time. Long history of overweight, heart disease, diabetes in the women of my family. Life is busy and fitting in time for myself is hard, as I know it is for all of us. Time to put my own health first.

I'm doing some weightlifting but have been doing that consistently all year. Just recently started tracking what I'm eating. I would say I've mostly been maintaining muscle as I haven't been lifting any heavier just the same sets/weights a couple times a week.0 -

Hi folks, I would like to join today and will aim for 15 pounds by Christmas but anything will do.
At my heaviest I have weighed over 250 pounds but that was about 15 years ago, for the last few years it has been lose a bit put a bit on, so with good habits will come good results(only have to apply it)

I'd love to be in...First time caller, long time listener here Tip - Little to no alcohol, high protein low carb low sugar...intermitten fasting...4-5 days of exercise (stationary bike for 20-30 mins light + weights moderate). This is my start..If anyone has suggestions, I'd love to hear.1

November 07- 186.0 I just realized the goal is 15 pounds in 10 weeks. I don’t know that I can do that, especially during all the holidays & shopping (restaurant) season, but I will do my very best! However, at 1.5 lbs per weekly weigh-in, I should have already lost 4.5 lbs and I’m already behind! I suppose lofty expectations require lofty goals and well-planned measures. I must work harder.
