It looks like you hit squats and deads 3x but everything else just once per week? Why not balance it out to hit every muscle group 2-3x per week? What's the reason for so many calf raises?

Reason was to group muscles to then have a rest as I do 3 sets and go till muscle failure. Legs being my strongest part I can do them 3 times a week

Kind of looks like 5x5 stronglifts, lots of big muscle work with a few iso's thrown in. Nothing inherently horrible about it, definitely not common especially the three leg days.
is it working for you? How long have you been doing it?

I don't think I ever follow anything for more than a month or so, always changing things up depending on goals and a desire to target different small muscles.
