Lost absolutely nothing last month. The last couple of pounds are really hard to shed, so I am going to try and be really good until Thanksgiving. Maybe I will finally break into the 130's this month.

What would you think about someone who's in maintenance joining in? If that's ok, I'll come back.
I got to my goal weight around July 2018 and have been up-and-down a little since then. I actually got a bit below my goal, but not by much. I now focus on a goal range, and I've generally stayed within it since I got to maintenance. I have had a few days where the scale was over, but my ten-day average (and weighted moving average) have stayed in that range with maybe one exception. Maintaining weight loss is pretty much the same as losing. I was on a slow loss with a deficit to get me down about a half pound a week; when I switched to maintenance, it added only 110 calories per day. I'm over some days and under some, and typically about balanced for most weeks. I weigh daily and use a trending weight website and a spreadsheet to calculate the weighted moving average.
My goal weight is 143, and my allowable range is 140-150, but I really try to stay between 142-148. On October 31 my scale said 144.6, and my 10-day average was 143.8. Scale weight today was just below my goal weight at 142.2 (10-day average 143.6).

Nov 1 : 243.8. This is up from 241.7 two days ago, but that is probably from mexican food and margaritas Wednesday night. I actually went running again yesterday for the first time since school started back up in August. I kept up with my pace from August until I tripped over a crack in the sidewalk and scrapped my knee up pretty bad. Since there is no football game tomorrow, I was hoping to go running again, but now my knee hurts everytime I move it, so I may have to re-evaluate that plan.

In September and October I had been consistantly losing a tad more than a pound a week. This week was only .6, so now I need to adjust my expectations. I've decided my maintenance range will be 153-147. I'd love to get to 147 by our trip, but if that doesn't happen, I'm good.

I am more than happy to share my observations and experiences. Whether or not they are insightful... well, who knows. My experience says it's not HARDER to maintain than to lose, but it is not easier either. It's just the same; tracking CI and CO. The only difference is a small increase in CI, unless you've been on drastic loss rates, then it might be harder. A nice glide path is a good thing near the end of losing so maintaining is a little extra calories and that's all. But I WILL say the last few pounds may be WAY more stubborn than the first 20.
