Thanks for a few likes on my request to join in even though I'm not really trying to LOSE anymore. Here's my entry in the appropriate format; I think I'll be weighing on Saturdays, but Fridays would work just as easy.
Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.
Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
October 31 starting weight - 144.6 (ten-day rolling average weight 143.8)
November goal - 143
Ultimate goal - Range between 142 - 148
I report scale weight and (ten day average weight).

@mtaratoot I need to learn about the ins & outs of maintenance. I'm not there quite yet, but I'm confident I will reach goal eventually. They say keeping it off is harder than getting it off, so its nice to have someone on board to share their insights, plans, ideas, patterns & advice. Welcome!1 -

I am more than happy to share my observations and experiences. Whether or not they are insightful... well, who knows. My experience says it's not HARDER to maintain than to lose, but it is not easier either. It's just the same; tracking CI and CO. The only difference is a small increase in CI, unless you've been on drastic loss rates, then it might be harder. A nice glide path is a good thing near the end of losing so maintaining is a little extra calories and that's all. But I WILL say the last few pounds may be WAY more stubborn than the first 20.

Just completed my last weigh in for October. I’ve lost 3.9kg last month. This month anything above a loss of 1.5kg will satisfy me.
My weigh-in day is Monday and I’ll be sticking to that for continuation.
It’ll be my 12th year wedding anniversary this month and I hope I’ll be on track.
