I'm giving this a go, joined one a couple of months back but then DH had to go into hospital for ops etc so the monitoring of me went out of the window (any excuse), well back to it. I.m getting so desperate to lose the weight and I just cant do it alone

188.0....... I hope to hit 182 point anything this round. It might be tough with the American Thanksgiving this month. Also the start of Christmas shopping, traveling & restaurants. This is when it all started going downhill in my plan and up on my scale last year. I hope to make this year different!

186.0....... Some progress. Traveling again on Monday until very late so I expect a few days of weight gain, then loss of bloat & fluid retention. All the normal things associated with sitting a lot in the car, missing the exercise normally done when at home and eating at restaurants. But I hope it wonāt be too bad about 36 hours later when I weigh on the 13th. Iām not going to sweat it. Iāll be back on track right away.
