I thought this would be a good one to join as I'm closing out a 300-squat challenge. I did some catch up this morning to knock out Days 1-3 but will stick to the schedule from here on. Thanks for posting this challenge!2

Day 4 done - At first, I thought the chest expansions were basically a stretching routine and more or less a "rest day" but by the 30th I started feeling it. I think this will be a good challenge.1

I was out of town on a trip but managed to keep up in the hotel gym on this challenge as well as Squats so I'm good through Day 11 (albeit later in the day than I wanted).2

To be completely honest the last few days I did a bunch of mixing it up so not really sure what exact day I should be but gonna say I gotta be pretty caught up, maybe I’m cheating 🤷♂️but I know I’ve been working my butt off so I’m gonna say up to day12 done...... don’t hate me☺️😁1

I fell behind and had to combine 2-days together this morning and will need to do the same tomorrow but then I'll be caught up to Day 16 on the 16th. I did however wrap up the Squat challenge this morning though which will make it easier to stay on track here.2
