What kinds of supplements do you guys take everyday? Not just diet pills, like vitamins and things like that..But you can also share effective diet pills too! Trying to find out what I need to be taking!

  • hey! i take a multi vitamin, green tea pills, an antioxident drink(jus), and no explode( its a drink i take 30-45 minutes before my workout, to give me an extra boost of energy.)

    I need to take a calcium supplement as well, for medical reasons

    I also mix some BCAA powder, Creatine, and Arginine in some organic apple cider before a workout AND in my protein shake afterwards.
