As some of you might have read last wed.... the 25th I had a goal to stay on the cross trainer for 45 min today......................Guess what?

I DID!!!! :bigsmile:

So i did:
45 min
587 calories
2.10 miles
> 188 BPM (whole time), besides 5 min start!
