I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 118, I am currently 122, I may stay there but gain muscles!0

I am 5'10. Starting weight: 317, Current Weight: 237, Goal weight: 180
180 pounds is what I remember weighting in high school and I was a size 12. And I look at pics of me from back than and think, dang, I had it going on! So for me that is the ultimate goal, but first goal is 190 becasue if I can just get under 200, it will be a great accomplishment for me!0 -
I am 5p9 and I target around 155 to 160 lbs. I was there in the past and I just feel great at that weight!0

I am 5'3" and currently 153lbs after starting at 178.
My goal is tentatively set at 125, but really it could be anywhere between 135 and 115 - I don't know. I will just see how I look and feel when I get there.0 -

5'4" - GW is 110. It might go lower, and I have been lower, it depends on how much is lean body mass.0

Hmmmmm....I am 5'10"-5'11", depending on my back. LOL. BUT, I was told by several doctors to NOT go below 170 because of my frame. I REALLY wanted to go for 149, but the doctor all said NO NO NO. I wear a size 13 ring, size 11-12 show and am built like a football player, but I am female.
I am 54 years old and currently 258 pounds. Right now, I'm dying to hit 199, but that's probably a year away. So, I'm trying to be patient. So many of you tall ladies are going for such low numbers.
I was thinking the same thing. At 6 feet tall (larger frame) I think 130-160 is really small. My goal is about 190 (currently 259)0 -
I'm 6ft and my goal is about 165ish, or a size 10. I'm currently 189, so I've got a ways to go, especially since I'm not really losing... at all... right now. But, I think once I get things figured out, I'll be able to do it! I'm hoping to start the new year in my size 10 jeans! :-)

6'3" and I'm about 170 now. Passed my goal. Now I'd like to gain about 15 pounds of muscle.0

I am 5'9 and my oal weight is 180. I don't want to get too skinny and always been a "thick"girl. Since weight loss has been going well I think I will try and get to 167. I'm at 192 now
Same here! 5'9" and at the moment I'd be happy to get down to 180ish. Right now I'm at 335. Looooooong ways to go. :-/
