It was a steam whistle pilsner. It's brewed locally0

I've an awesome pic of when I took an MFP friend there with some guy totally photobombing us
There are better smaller breweries here steam whistle is a bit commercial. I've friends who run one in a neat market area. It's fun cause you get to wander a really cool part of the city to get there. In the summer they have a really good watermelon wheat beer. Sounds gross but it's awesome1

You're right it is a bit commercial. I love little local breweries. Any recommendations would be great. I think some friends and I will be coming back there next month for a weekend. It's nice because it's only a 4 hour drive. Watermelon wheat beer definitely sounds interesting.0

I sent a message re international travel too. I think you probably like more adventure travel at least I'd guess0

Back to selfies. I booked my surgery when my shoulder was almost complete torn but managed to complete the tear before I went in. I know the day I did it because it ached all day and I couldn't use my hand for awhile. Wednesday will mark a month since surgery. I was excited to do this today.
And the last scab fell off the worst of incisions. 😄
