I know when I created my account (today) that it told me what my calorie deficit was, but now I can't find it and I'm curious. Can anybody tell me where I can find it again? Please and thank you.

Go to your food diary. It will be at the top of the page.
Good luck with your journey!1 -

Are you using the website or the app?1

Try Settings-->My Goals
.5 lb/week is -250 calories/day
1lb/week is -500 calories/day
2 lb/week is -1000 calories/day
Hopefully you use pounds, not kilograms, because it's too early for that much math.4
