Anyone done it? I’m currently on week 2 (3 starts Tuesday) and I’m wondering how everyone did results wise?

Arbonne is a pyramid scheme. That means everyone involved is being scammed, and the products are both overpriced and low quality. There is no independent science behind their products, no ingredient list, and no proof that they're even safe.

I'd quit while you're not hospitalized from whatever garbage they put in that stuff.

Always afraid of that. I just needed something set to follow for a month. Definitely not something I’d do long term.

Agreed, I attended an Arbonne party to learn about the products and it was 1 hour about how much money I could be making... nothing about the actual product. The sellers keep saying they’re all natural, but their ingredients aren’t listed anywhere on the product. Their “natural” products smell like fruits and perfume, if you’ve smelled natural products before they smell like grass and dirt lol. I wouldn’t use any of their overpriced products.

What results are you looking for?

If your goal is weight loss, unless you are obese, anything over 2-6 lbs or so is going to be water weight. So if a product makes you lose more than that, it's just causing you to drop some water weight, which you'll gain back when you stop it. The rest is coming from your calorie deficit, which is free.

If your goal is health, it can be incredibly difficult to find out what is really in most of these MLM products. They are either neutral and overpriced, or they contain something they aren't supposed to and you are taking a risk.

You don't need "products" to lose weight, except for a $15 food scale. Stay in a calorie deficit by logging accurately and consistently, eat plenty of nutritious food along with treats and foods you love, be as active as possible, and set realistic expectations for moderate results. :drinker:

Thanks for the input y’all! Yes I would never do it long term. I lost 225lbs originally so every once in awhile I do a reset so to speak and I was just trying something new.

Why? Why waste a month on this?

I didn’t pay for it. Only reason.

Not too bad. I lost 10lbs and like 6 inches. It basically just helped reset my mind and I’ve continued now for a week with my own healthy choices. Overall, I wouldn’t do it if I had to pay for it myself, but it wasn’t terrible in the way of helping me get back to basics. :)
