I'm trying out the elliptical. I did 200 units today. I may stop with that if I get a sore back.2

Unfortunately I had an awful sleep and I managed 30 units on the elliptical.1

So I've got a new system now. As an incentive to eat less, if I eat more than my maximum intake of 5,999 kJ then I have to exercise for an hour. Otherwise it's 30 minutes. Yesterday I ate about 6400 so I did an hour on the elliptical at 11 setting.1

@threewins, That is a good plan. Meanwhile, I am trying to eat more😕 to heal my adrenals and jostle this weight gain back down.0

I've been slack at posting, today I did 45 minutes on the elliptical at setting 12.1 -
Today I did 15 minutes on the elliptical at 13 setting, 15 at 12 and 15 at 11.1

Hi I'm new here.
My goal is to do 15 minutes of Pop Pilates a day. I started 3 weeks ago and did 30 minutes a day. But the last two weeks I haven't. Looking to start again.1 -

Same as yesterday. I'm hoping that all 3 ellipticals get fixed by the end of my holiday because I want to track my long-term progress.1

Well, I had been doing only functional exercise since I last posted. Did a full body dumbbell workout today.✔0 -
Yeah, me too. Keep posting if it helps @tiabirdie56, although I won't be posting (or exercising) until mid January probably.1

Well, I'm back at the gym. I stayed an extra week at the accommodation far from the gym. So it's a new year, I'll only have access to a treadmill for 6-9 months. I want to see how fast I can run so I need to be consistent. Starting off slowly since I'm not fit.
Today I walked for 10 minutes each at
5.0, 4.9, 4.8 km/hr.
Tomorrow I want to increase that by 0.1.0 -
As above, but 0.1 higher.0

Walking 5.1, 5.0
Each of 10 minutes. I'll keep it at that for a while.0
