Homemade Fruit Preserve

I've been wondering, how do you count calories for homemade fruit preserve/jam?
Let's say you heat up blueberries in a pot (yes, you only heat them up, without any water or other liquids, just their natural juices) and you add sweeteners (Stevia) and a small packet of unflavoured gelatin for some texture. Will 1 cup of this blueberries "jam" have the same calories as 1 cup of fresh blueberries or heating them up affects/increases calories?

Theoretically - possibly. Although, your cup of blueberries will yield much less than a cup once cooked through water loss.

Best way to proceed would be to weigh all the ingredients you’re using, create a recipe in the Recipe Builder. Weigh the finished product and use that weight in grams as the number of servings in your recipe. Then when you eat it, weigh what you’re using and log that gram weight as the number of servings.
