Where did the food search go???

I’ve been using the app just fine until yesterday. Then when adding food all I can see is my history. No searching the database. Help! What happened?

    Which app are you using?

    In the Android app, you have to tap the "magnifying glass" icon at the bottom right of the keyboard to search the full database instead of just your history, or if you scroll to the end of the list of hits from your history, you may see a clickable piece of text asking if you want to search the database.

    The default is to search your history, but if you just started you would have little or no history to search and might not have noticed that until now.

    Sounds to me like what happens when my iphone or iPad think I’ve lost my internet connection. 🤷‍♀️
