if your comfortable with it its ok....the only thing you have to calculate is how much of a deficit your creating in order to reach your goals weekly if any...Good luck:drinker:

Lifting weights will never hinder your weight loss. Sometimes your body needs a break from cardio anyway and besides, it's better than getting an injury! Good way to change things up. Just be aware that you will be burning less calories so you'll have to eat less.

I say do what you can when you can. Even if it is turning up the music and dancing off a few calories. Every little bit helps, and weight training included.
  • when i'm in training I stick to my diet and workout but some days don't always go as planned.
What I'm trying to say is..................It's ok
  • basically if I understand it, it's kinda like this... you get your body going by working out every day, every other day whatever. Now your BMR goes UP (Basic Metabolic Rate burning calories while just breathing) With your BMR going up, that means that your body actually needs more calories to burn when you're working out. so yes you could lower your cal intake if you aren't doing cardio tomorrow, but only lifiting weights. I wouldn't stress over dropping 300 caloriess out of your diet. unless you're obsessing over body fat, gaining mass or getting extremely cut. Just do what you've been doing you should be fine.

Thats my take and how I understand it... I could be wrong! please correct me if I am
