Kelly Park in central FL.
One of the most beautiful places I’ve been (until all the swimmers showed up 🙄).7 -
@honeybee__12, that is literally one of my old swimming holes. I grew up in Lockhart, right next to Apopka, where Rock Springs and Kelly Park is. I now live in Middle Tennessee, where the rivers are murky and brown. I miss the crystal clear spring waters of Kelly Park, Wekiva Springs, Alexander Springs, etc. So beautiful. Thanks for posting and bringing back many great memories of my time there.1

I live in OK but my ex lived in Winter Park as a kid so we were always going to FL.
We almost bought a house on the Wekiva right off 46.
Ex has told me that when he was a kid ( the 70s) the volume of water coming out of the spring was much more and he found shark’s teeth swimming there.
I’ve travelled to many places and the clear beautiful spring water meandering through the park is the prettiest I’ve seen.
How lucky you are to have had that place as your swimming hole! 💚0 -

I deliver loads across the street from a well guarded company on an airport, "Stark Aerospace", right near an Air Force base and "unusual" things are always flying around.
