Hey!! Just wondering if anyone here has or knows someone who has legally changed their name (first/last or both). Not because of marriage/divorce but for personal reasons. Thanks.

  I did. Here in Canada. It was a provincial process. Easy and cheap.

  Did you change both your first & last name? How long did it take to settle with others and with getting used to using your new name?

  Just my first name. I only Anglicized it. Was born Jean (French)...but I went by John for years. Wasn't a biggie.
