Had to “drop the Browns off at the Super Bowl” while at work and the handicap bathroom stall is broken so I had to use the regular stall and i had more than enough room! It’s like a whole new world has opened up for me lol

    Keep appreciating those non scale victories. When you need a bit of motivation they work better (to me) than a number on the scale. As a former really big guy I understand how much limitation that carrying a lot of excess weight means.

    Keep at it. New freedoms and abilities are right around the corner.

    Congratulations! NSV's are a great motivator, especially since sometimes, the scale has so many fluctuations that it can become annoying.

    Also, I would consider this mild on the tmi scale, lol.
