On a more fulfilling note, there’s no harm in having 150g of beans with that or even some spinach and avocado! A brek that’s filling will set you in good stead for the day and the task of calorie reduction is lessened. Might be uncomfortable for a week or 2 but it’s gets much easier. Ride it out (and the energy levels from reduced intake normalises too👍🏽👍🏽). Happy for you to look at my food diary if that aids u1 -
