My diary is open too, but not doing keto or yoga (although Iβm contemplating on giving it a try), but I do like to lift heavy *kitten* weights and intense cardio sessions. π2 -
Hello. 10 weeks +/- keto. Down 20 pounds, 2 shirt sizes and few pant sizes too π strength and cardio 4-5 days/week. Best shape ever and only getting better. Never have felt so good! Good luck!1
