    My diary is open too, but not doing keto or yoga (although I’m contemplating on giving it a try), but I do like to lift heavy *kitten* weights and intense cardio sessions. 😁

    Hello. 10 weeks +/- keto. Down 20 pounds, 2 shirt sizes and few pant sizes too πŸ‘ strength and cardio 4-5 days/week. Best shape ever and only getting better. Never have felt so good! Good luck!
