Active more or less everyday even if it's just long walks. I squat 3x~ a week (plus other stuff) and enjoy being self taught about training and nutrition. Oh and I log my workouts and my food diary is open. Cheers all!1

Hello all,
My name is John. I was very active on here for a few years, then started to have a hard time with the app and deleted my old account. Now, my weight has steadily climbed and I need to get back in shape.
Numerically, my body weight is fine, maybe a few pounds over ideal, but my body fat percentage has increased and I'm not happy. So, I've signed up to run a marathon in the spring and I'm back on MFP to get focused on my nutrition.

I am looking to add friends. I am 55,female, did Atkins and lost over 50 and plateaued and am now doing keto with newfound success. I share my diary and am hoping to be inspired by others diaries.
