Fruit. As is or apples, pears, even thinly sliced oranges/mandarins dry into great snacks in a low oven - bit of vanilla, cinnamon etc.
Carrot sticks, radish, cucumber, tomato etc, crisp leaves, celery etc with hummus.
Baked beetroot chips, likewise, sweet potato chips.
Can’t help with ready meals because I don’t use them and they vary from location to location.1 -

Throw some beans and your favorite veggies into a crockpot, have it slow cook for a few hours, and have a ready made meal for days!1

PETA lists a lot of them!

For a crunchy snack to take care of cravings for potato chips get some poppadums from the supermarket that you are meant to deep fry at home. They crisp up 1 minute on high in the microwave. They continue to harden as they cool.
Otherwise veggie sticks dipped in store bought hummous.

Microwave pappadoms are around 30 kcal per pappadom.1

Acpgee do you think it can be warmed in the air fryer? Looks delicious 😋0

I made these for the vegans at our Thanksgiving potluck and they got good reviews: https://jessicainthekitchen.com/no-bake-chocolate-peanut-butter-energy-bites/
They are probably not especially low calorie unless one is good at moderation, but they are yummy!
Use plain dates, not ones that are coated to make them not stick together, as that will make the balls not stick together well either.0 -
I like cucumber slices with green olives, sliced red pepper with hummus, steamed broccoli topped with nutritional yeast, sweet potato with curry spice, kale with aminos and sesame1

My favorite low cal snack is cucumber and tomato slices with Tajin. I also like pieces of butternut squash with cinnamon and pumpkin spice.0
