Hi guys! I’m new to this app- I’m a chronic under eater and my goals are suffering because of it. My question to anyone familiar with this app is: I do power lifting. BUT the app won’t allow me to calculate or add calories burned for strength training. It says it only calculates cardio. How accurate and effective can this app be when missing 45 minutes of calories burned of my daily schedule??? How accurate is the suggested amount of calories to consume??

You'll find the calorie burn under 'cardio' for the strength training too.
If you do under eat most of the time then you need to find ways to ensure you eat all the calories you should be eating - add oils and nut butters at least to bump up intake.0 -
I have been powerlifting for years and I just consider it part of my activity level. It is hard to get an accurate calorie burn and it is honestly not very many calories. Sometimes I´ll notice I can up my calories a little in a hypertrophy block when the volume is higher and I have some workouts with time rest periods.0
