Hello everyone! I hope the holiday went well for all of you. I am sorta new to this fitness pal tracker and have not been consistent with it yet, just been writing down on paper what I have been eating. I am having bariatric surgery soon so I am giving this a try again to keep a much better track of everything including all my activity and all my recipes. By the way, does anyone have any recipe suggestions, including bariatric ones? Good luck to all of you on the fitness journey. We all can be each others strength. God Bless!!
