Losing fat and gaining muscle

Hello, I’m at a very weird cross road. I lost the weight I wanted to lose and also gain some muscle yay. However now I’m looking at my body and I’m very slim to the point that losing weight will make me a stick but I still have fat on my tummy and Nothing in my booty :( I’ve been exercising 3week heavy weights no growth and the tummy fat is still there. How to I lose that last bit of fat and get super toned ???? Please help the food login on this is so complicated with all the protein and carbs stuff ....
