i’m 19 about to be 20
i’ve wanted to start a healthier lifestyle for a while now! i’m hoping to have other people to talk to about everything 😊

    I’ve always tried to keep an active lifestyle through signing up for 5K, 10K, and sprint triathlons. I have found signing up for something makes you work out so you are prepared for that race. Hope that helps. 😁

    I’m Rae 26! Restarting my fitness journey as well!
    Start weight was 283. I had VSG in 2016. Now I’m down to 152. Would like to get closer to 130/135.
