Hey, Iโm 25 looking for other young adults on the health journey. ๐

I eat a mainly Mediterranean diet and just started working out again. I like strength training, hiking, bootcamp, and some cardio machines. I have a Fitbit too if you use that!

Iโm pescatarian (which is really similar to Mediterranean)
