Unblock a friend

Hello, my children touched my telephone and blocked my mom who is the only friend i have and with whom i needed yo interact and check... Now i canceled my account. Made a new one and still can t see her. How can i solve this problem. I needed her to see my diary in order to have ideas on meals and i needed to check hers ao i could give her advice. Thank you i anyone can help ne with this issue
