Diet and EXERCISE

Hi I'm newish and from the UK I'm desperate to lose some weight, but realise diet is not the whole answer. Don't want to sound like a whinger - but - on a bad day my arthritis in knees, ankles etc limits my mobility. Any tips for exercising - especially to flatten stomach? Thanks ::flowerforyou:

    On 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels she said punches are good cardio for lower body injuries. All's we did was squat down a little and punch. What about swimming? That reliefs a lot of stress from the body. Also, water aerobics...
