Hi everyone!! How do you change the calories as you lose weight?

    It does it for you.
    When you lose 10 lbs it will ask if you want to change your calorie goals.

    If you wanted to change them manually, go to My Home and under there should be goals, and you can click to change them there. It will let you choose custom or guided so that you can choose to go with system suggested or if your doctor or someone has given you some guidelines you can use your own and do it custom!
