It's ok, high-calorie days happen. Don't let it make you give up. Today is a new day, and you can make new choices.
What do you think caused this craving? Maybe try keeping yourself busy with a craft or housecleaning or a project, to keep your mind occupied instead of thinking about extra food? Do you stock your home with high-calorie, low-nutrition trigger foods? Maybe don't have your highest temptations in steady reach. Do you work out? Exercise can free up some calories for when you have a big eating day.
