is it time to change routine?

I started the stronglifts program about 3 months ago in order to build strength. That is an area I felt I was lacking. I finally feel I have a built good foundation with my core and have developed a good strength.
I am only doing 3 workouts a week. Each workout contains only 3 exercises. Though I have definitely build strength, I now want to see some gains. Can I now go ahead and modify my routine?

From what I've read you definitely need to be changing up your programs. When one ends, start another. Our muscles like the change. You can find free programs on https://www.muscleandstrength.com/1

There is an entire section on Fitness and Exercise that may well have a lot of input to help you make decisions in this area. https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/categories/fitness-and-exercise1
