Hi!

Hoping someone can help. I’m having problems visualising what I’d look like at a lower weight.

Could anyone show me what 140-150lb looks like when 5’4”/5’5” (diet only preferably as exercise isn’t much of an option)?

If you have before and afters it’d be great.

I get to a certain point and stall.

    Hey there! I'm 5'5" and began my WLJ at 215lbs. Currently I'm at 155ish but at my lowest I was ~145. Here are two shots I posted on my instagram (when I used it, lol.) I do exercise though so this was not just diet, but I didn't lift at this time so it was just cardio to create a larger deficit.

    Not sure my weight here. I go between 135 -142 depending on training. But I work out a lot. Diet is decent but I eat a pizza every now and then. (I regularly wear work out gear under clothes since sometimes my only option is to run at work...)

    I had troubles visualizing my goal weight and because I didn’t have pictures of my highest weight I got the app My Model to help me see where I came from and where I want to be. I wish I could figure out how to get pictures on here and I would show you my avatar. It really helps keep me focused!!!
