Hello. Yes after the holidays I need to get rid of some added weight...I'm not good at exercising but that's what this is all about, trying new things. Any advise for a beginner who only wants to lose weight and not build too much muscle, just toning and tightening. I have a back injury and (example) workouts that have me sitting on my butt and lifting my legs in the air are not for me. Thanks and great to meet everyone!
