    Original starting weight (March 2013) - 175.4
    Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    December 21, 2019 starting weight - 144.2 (ten-day rolling average 144.6)
    Ultimate goal - Maintain around 143 (range between 140 - 150)

    I had achieved my goal last Winter and gone into maintenance. I hope y'all don't mind a maintainer in here as an interloper. When you get to your goal, you'll see that maintenance is still a challenge. I have mostly stayed within my goal range, but have bounced around a bit.

    January Actual: It's not even January yet... but I gained a little weight this week. About a half pound by both scale weight and ten-day average.

    Challenge Weight loss goal: Range between 142-148
    Actual Weight loss for the challenge: No report because... first week of winter and the answer would be the same as what I wrote above.

    Setting the bar high this time as well. Got my big birthday party in January so setting my loss to only 3kg/6.6lb for January and April (Easter). All other months are 4kg as my goal and I'm hoping to be 84kg/185lb by the finish which I can hardly imagine!
