Cliche as it is, Id love to get back to my “baseball playingl shape from college in the new year LOL

Very limited gym time due to long commute daily and seemed to hit a plateau, thinking of simply doing a calorie reduction...thoughts??

    @DSinnona31 Are you going to follow the MFP constructs...CICO with calorie deficit, tracking all of your data points? That kind of calorie reduction? It works, sure does.

    I think my main issue is when getting foods outside, I tend to forget to track or may not be as accurate....any tips??
