Hey everyone, been thinking about snack ideas which can help me hit my daily calorie goal easier. However the only thing I can think of would be different kind of sandwiches....
Anyone can recommend me some good healthy snacks that can help me achieve my daily calorie intake. Preferably something with high calorie/healthy

    If you are able to eat nuts then almonds and walnuts are a good nutritious snack.

    I like to freeze fresh blueberries. Take a small bowl of them out and let them sit for a minute. They end up kind of creamy like ice cream. Also plain Greek yogurt with some honey over the top

    Well if it's something of high calories, then you can make a Chicken pot pie, banana dumplings, using healthy flour like oats flour. I think it's high enough and healthy

    Cottage cheese mixed with salsa and an avocado make a good snack. I like to use it as a dip for a few tortilla chips.
