Hey everyone, been thinking about snack ideas which can help me hit my daily calorie goal easier. However the only thing I can think of would be different kind of sandwiches....
Anyone can recommend me some good healthy snacks that can help me achieve my daily calorie intake. Preferably something with high calorie/healthy

Peanut butter with apple or banana.
Cottage cheese with peppers, cucumber, tomato etc - crumble in some tortilla chips and splash with your favourite hot sauce.
Cottage cheese with fruit, Greek yoghurt with fruit.
But, honestly, if you want a sandwich and it fits in your calories - eat your samdwich! Absolutely no reason why not!
Or eat ice cream...or whatever you like if it’s within your calorie goal!5 -
If you are able to eat nuts then almonds and walnuts are a good nutritious snack.4

For me, I always go for low calorie density snacks as I can eat alot of them without worrying about calories. My absolute favourite snack item is a big bowl of room-temperature super-sweet cherry tomatoes cut in half and sprinkled with a little bit of Himalayan salt and a TBS of dip (ranch, hummus etc). Two cups of cherry tomatoes are only 50 calories - the dip adds an extra 80 calories but it is so satisfying and filling! I do the same with sweet baby cucumbers.Yum!5

I like to freeze fresh blueberries. Take a small bowl of them out and let them sit for a minute. They end up kind of creamy like ice cream. Also plain Greek yogurt with some honey over the top2

Well if it's something of high calories, then you can make a Chicken pot pie, banana dumplings, using healthy flour like oats flour. I think it's high enough and healthy1

Cottage cheese mixed with salsa and an avocado make a good snack. I like to use it as a dip for a few tortilla chips.1
