I had set myself a goal to lose another 7lbs before my holiday on 10/10/11, but I think it's too easy a target and I don't want to just coast through! This will get me more motivated to kick some butt :bigsmile:0 -
Ok I'm in but counting this week's loss! Before my weigh in Tuesday I was 185 lb. Tuesday I was 181 lb. **Edited to add, my normal weigh day is Monday, Tuesday this week due to Public Holiday**0

Back from a lovely, relaxing holiday on an island where the air was fresher than fresh, there was plentiful seafood and we did not drive for two weeks (St Mary's, Isles of Scilly). Now I'm back with my scales (kitchen and bathroom) and in the last few weeks before my hip replacement surgery (3rd October) and in the month when I hope to get my weight below 200 lbs and 90kg. My gashed finger has healed so I can start swimming again. If I can get a pound a week off, I'll be happy - more would be a bonus.0 -
