    Jan. 1: 145.6 - Happy New Year! I’m turning 40 in May and would love to be in the best shape of my adult life by then! I’m already getting close to my original goal of 140lbs, but I realize I still have fat to lose, so I’ve set a new goal of 130lbs. This spring I’ll be focusing on fat loss and strength training.
