Pretty easy. You write something like:

And then you check in weekly. No fee, no nothing. Just come help everyone celebrate their success, and we'll celebrate YOURS.
Bring it!
But change all those numbers I made up for demonstration purposes.

Jan. 6: OK. Here we go...Fri Jan 3 ~ weighed in @ 171.2 ~ I'm really hoping that this time my "plateau" is finally OVER!! I just have 1or2 questions: Why, oh WHY do cough drops have to have calories?! 💔 And if I cough my head off for a week, does that count as exercise?? 😷😜😂

I think so too!! LOL...My chest has been hurting for days now ~ I have asthma but have not been having trouble breathing thank God...it's just this nagging cold I caught from my daughter that started the day after Christmas. At least I was well on the big day so I was able to have everyone over!! We had so much fun!! The adults teamed up against the grandkids for an indoor snowball fight...I think it's gonna be a new tradition! 🤣☃0
