Doing a 20 to 21 mins tread mill walk - 2.5 mph SLOW PACE but that's all I can handle! Then push ups and squatting 10 sets each. Feel better afterwards, a little exhausted. Cancer patient -- taking oral pill chemotherapy. Just trying to survive. Pat-Keone R

While I'm alive, I might as well do what I can do. I know lots of people don't do anything while on treatment because they are depressed. I am just hoping things will get better.

Thanks to everyone. I think I am gaining back my strength and taking Lyrica for my nerve pain has helped a lot! I feel that I can move around quicker now and I am hoping I can get back to normal. I'd like to at least mow my yard when spring comes around.
