Arm bike?

Anyone have a rough guess to how many calories the arm bike burns? It's something I've grown to love after an injury to my neck and shoulder. I don't find it in the database so have been using a guess of 10 cals per minute.

You could go by HR, if all else fails.

I only do 10 cals per minute for super demanding circuit training/boot camp type stuff. Arms are small muscles and iss CSS ant imagine biting that much with an arm exercise. Depending on your size of course.

I know this is an old thread but the Arm Bike is brutally hard. I row and do Assault Bike. The arm bike might be harder. It's incredibly demanding and your arms will be so sore you'll barely be able to lift them the next day. Great for shoulders. I avg around 12 calories a minute on the bike and more on the rower, so I have a pretty decent feel for what 10 calories a minute feels like. The arm bike might be closer to 15 if you really crank it.
